I know, I know! Psychometrics can feel like a dark art.

Most people have done some bland colour coded test in a past job and been left wondering how it was ever supposed to help. But when done properly, with the right tools and someone who knows how to interpret them (that’s me), they can be absolute gold.

I don’t use them to put people in boxes, I use them to unlock insight.

The psychometric tools I use give me a deep understanding of how someone thinks, works, and leads – what motivates them, where they shine and where they might struggle. We’re talking proper insight, not horoscope fluff.
