We believe in being up front about our prices. We aren’t the cheapest and we know that, but that’s because we truly care about our clients, and we invest in getting to know you and the outcomes you want to achieve, even if you just use us once.
We offer several ways to work with us:
PAYG (Pay As You Go)
Recommended for smaller business owners who have staff but don’t need constant HR involvement. Suitable for dealing with those annoying niggles, burning questions and having someone at the end of the phone to use as a sounding board.
£150* per hour
Retained HR services
Recommended for businesses with multiple managers who can access expert HR and leadership advice when they need it.
From £299* per month depending on company size.
Contracts of Employment
We offer a small business HR starter pack from £480*, this includes a contract of employment which is written specifically for your business. The pack also includes the four policies that you are required to hold by law. We’ll also get you started with a pack of HR forms that you’ll find useful when managing your staff.
If you’d like us to look at your current documents, we’ll give you feedback free of charge.
Projects
Recommended for more involved work such as dealing with a disciplinary or grievance. Also suitable for longer processes such as redundancies or restructures.
Bespoke fees depending on length and complexity of the project.
Foundations of Success
Recommended for Founder Directors who want to create an amazing culture and reap the benefits of a more engaged and productive team. This programme is bespoke to your unique business challenges, usually takes 12 months and costs from £989* a month but can be fast tracked for some businesses.
